I learn by wandering – between stitches and meals, tools and pages, screens and scraps -following whatever direction my hand travels. This space isn’t here to teach or influence or perform; it’s a holding place for attempts, half-thoughts, and the quiet satisfaction of making something just to see what happens. I often oscillate between knitting, sewing, reading, and other interests, not in pursuit of mastery but to sate compulsive curiosities.
I had the pleasure of taking the “Intro to Rug Weaving” class over at Exmateria in Sydney recently. It is a full day workshop and materials are provided.
